Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Exclusion of Consequential Damages
Under no circumstances shall SecureNet be liable for any consequential damages including but not limited to business interruption, system downtime, data loss, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that:
